Pastor Jay is also the founder of Initiators of Increase, whereby saints are practically trained in the arena of finances to have financial victory. Through this ministry, Pastor Jay is able to fulfill the desire that the Lord put in him to see the Body of Christ educated in the financial arena and ultimately walking financially free.

Pastor Jay McKesey is also the Winter Springs Campus Director of Life Christian University, which teaches men and women of God in the fundamentals of the Word of God. Through impartation and strong teaching, Pastor Jay is living out God’s vision of having strong saints for the Lord’s glory.

Pastor Jay McKesey is fully dedicated to the call of God upon his life. Through the apostolic and pastoral gift upon his life, Pastor Jay is committed to train and equip the Body of Christ to bring Christ’s Body to maturity in the Word, in power, and demonstration of the gifts of God, which is God’s call upon his life.
